Return Policy
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to request a return within 30 days along with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet’s play is to be expected, and therefore is not covered under this Return Policy. We recommend supervised play for all our toys and gear. If you would like to request a return, please contact support@allamericanpup.com with your order number. All shipping costs associated with product returns remain the responsibility of the customer. To maintain high standards of quality, all of our suppliers are based in the USA.
